    How's it going, ladies?

I am down 1.5 lbs from last Monday. I finally hit the 30 lb mark. I ate really well last week. However, I got very little exercise. I did do something every day, just not much. Between the gym renovations, the weather, and a crazy week at work, I couldn't really fit it in.

This week should be interesting. Trick or Treating was cancelled, but my neighbor and I are going to try and organize something ourselves. Trying not to hit the candy bowl. The gym is still closed. DH is working from home this morning, so I'm going to try and run to work for a few minutes to see if they have power and to maybe use the gym there.

Despite no major recent loss, I'm noticing that my tummy is flattening out. Not that it is flat. Even when I weighed 98 lbs, I didn't have a flat tummy, but it is much flatter at least.

kd - I think I found your lost pounds :-(

I was up 1.4 at my WI on Friday - I hosted book club at my house on Thursday night and while I indulged some (a glass of wine, cheese, crackers, a brownie), I didn't think it would reflect in that high of a gain the next morning - lesson learned!

Here's hoping for a good week. I'm planning on letting DS pick out a few things from his Halloween haul to keep and we'll donate the rest to be sent to the troops or a food bank or something - it has to go! I will pay him to get rid of it (he's been saving up for a 3DSi)!

I won't be weighing in until Saturday morning as I have a class trip to go to on Friday, super early, so I hope the extra day helps this week :-)

Have a good one all - Happy Halloween!

Nevermind on the gym. I drove down there and the office was 40 degrees. No thanks!

I'm down 2.6 for last week - 17 lbs total. Very happy! However yesterday was a tough one with a baptism luncheon, afternoon family gathering and an outing with our small group from church in the evening. I did my best but options were tough/unknown ingredients so I went with moderation and started out strong this morning. I find myself craving my morning outmeal with frozen blueberries (thx PNO for that awesome suggestion) . . . my dh thinks I'm a little goofy for craving it . My almost 4 y/o gobbles it down with me every morning!

I absolutely need to keep moving. I stall around Weds/Thurs it seems as Weds is always packed and Thurs is my work day.

        Overall, things are great.

Down two more pounds this am! (my weighin day is Tuesday as I'm partnering with a friend). Down 5 so far; was able to stick to my WW points over a weekend and of parties and last night with candy around. I'm feeling really motivated and believing that I can do this for the first time in a long time.

Been sick. Been bad with food. Didn't swim Sunday. I have my period. Afraid to get on scale.

Still going to boot camp 3 times per week, 5:30 am. Started in August. This is at least twice as long as I have ever exercised on a regular basis in my life.

There's snow on the ground, it's in the 30s at that hour, and we're still outside. You warm up fast!

                Wow! Some great updates!

Unfortunately, I'm going to fall into the "had a bad week" camp. I'm up 1.5 pounds - ugh.

Anyway, I'm back in the game this week.

The weather has been pretty good lately (except that little snow event last weekend) so I'm getting outside and walking some and running some. That should help get rid of the halloween candy I scarfed down. I've moved my son's candy to his room - far out of reach. I love snickers and skittles but MUST RESIST.
