    I'm up 1.75 lbs this week. I'm still not feeling 100%. I wasn't able to exercise last week. I tried walking twice. The first time I took at 5 minute walk and was so exhausted that I had to lie down. Two days later I took a 10 minute walk and was just tired afterwards. I keep hitting a wall mid-afternoon.

    I tried a 10 minute walk this morning. I felt tired immediately afterwards, but recovered quickly. I think I need to work at getting back to where I was. I just need some energy.

    Sorry to hear you're still not feeling well and low on energy. Right now, work on feeling better and getting back your energy, don't worry about the # on the scale. Once you're back to where you were, any gain will soon be gone.

      I am sorry you are still feeling so poorly. Try to keep at it. It will come back. Last Sunday I struggled to swim 40 laps. This Sunday I was able to do 70 before I got tired and had to stop.
