I'm down .75 lb this week. Last week was not great. I'm still having a hard time getting back into the groove. I didn't track for a couple of days and didn't exercise at home very much. I did manage to get to the gym twice and went indoor rock climbing. Eating wasn't great either. This time of year is hard!

Happy Monday!!
Down 1.4 this past week at WI. First week on the new WWs plan and reduced points, it wasn't that difficult. I talked w/ my leader and set my goal weight to 145, so I have about 7.5 more lbs. to go to reach that. I will get there when I get there :-)
This past weekend was not a good weekend for eating. Friday night was the neighborhood ornament exchange, I didn't eat too badly there and had only 3 beers and a lot of water - but dang, 3 beers is 12 points - that's a lot :-( Darn drinking!
Saturday I pretty much had an eff it, I'm gonna eat what I want day - I tracked pretty much all of it ;-) DH & I also went to dinner for our anniversary - a nice steak dinner and dessert... it was good and it was even better to get out alone for a nice dinner.
Yesterday - ate a decent breakfast but then went to the movies late in the afternoon and scarfed down a bucket of popcorn ( well DH, DS & I did), and a couple small pieces of chocolate.
So today it's back in the saddle I go, concentrating on lots of water and eating lighter.

I haven't gotten on the scale...
I pretty much decided that I won't weigh-in this week. I had the gallbladder surgery late on Thursday and am recovering fine. But I haven't exercised and am eating when I feel up to it. So any weight gain or loss is probably just a temporary thing and will even out next week. I was hoping to be at least walking a few miles by today, but kd, you were right, I need more healing time. Yuck.
