I am only down .25 lb this week, which is a bit disappointing. I ate pretty well. I worked out at home every day and went to the gym twice. That's about it.

I'm only down .5 this week (WW), which is kind of frustrating, as I never eat over my points and I don't use the extra points at all. I do feel really bloated, which has become a big issue for me in the last few years (periomenopause). I try to avoid salt, but it doesn't seem to help too much.
I am going to try to up the exercise this week. I walk the dog each day, and I got in two sessions on the elliptical last week, but I know it's not enough.
Hope everyone is having a good week.

That is so great Jen!!!!
I've been swamped at work of late. I missed exercising for an entire week. UGH! For some reason, if I don't exercise, I tend to let the diet go off too. So I am UP this week by 1.6 pounds. Yesterday I finally got out and ran a few miles and it helped bring me back to a better diet with more control. So the scale this morning was a bit kinder.

My first full week of WW and I had a weight check today --
I am pretty happy - I lost 3.4 pounds this week. However, this is not going to be easy. I get so hungry from 8 pm on. and if I eat one more piece of fruit I am going to grow into a tree. I have yet to do a day that I don't go significantly over the daily alotted points (not just one or two, but 8 or 9). I think this week's loss was just from cutting out beer and popcorn :-)
I am definitely eating better than I have in the last year - way more fruits and veggies and less carbs\empty calories. Plus, obsessing over points keeps me from obsessing over things that just make me more anxious.
I am still working my way through eating foods that were already in my freezer\fridge\pantry. So, real change hasnt set in yet. I dont know if I will ever be able to put skim milk and artificial sweetner in my coffee. But, we shall see. Definitely having the option of WW at Work program available has been an assest.
Hope everyone has a great week!

First time checking in...
I'm down 1.5 for the week and down 4since the beginning of jan, nice and slow but hopefully sustainable. We've given up wheat/gluten and are eating a pretty high protein diet right now, seems to be working well and both dh and I feel pretty good and dd's eczema looks great. I'd like to lose 10 more but we will see how it goes.
