    I'm down .25 lb this week. I am feeling very frustrated with the scale lately. Eating was okay. Could have been better, could have been worse. I worked out at home every day and went to the gym once. I also went for a walk around the neighborhood on Saturday, since it was so warm out.

    How is everyone else doing?

    How long have you been working at this and what's

    your progress been? Maybe that should be another thread...

    I started WW this weekend and have been on plan. I have walked daily since Friday and plan to continue that and add in stretches, weights, etc. in the next several says.

      I started this 2 years ago this week. I have lost 30 lbs and have maybe 5 left to lose. This has been more of a gradual lifestyle switch vs. a diet or me trying to lose weight rapidly. In addition to trying to lose weight and get healthier, I've been trying to tone my body. Overall I think I've been pretty successful except for some stubborn belly flab that I'm not convinced is going anywhere.

        Down 1.0 at WI on Friday, so still behind where I was before the gain of 1.6 the week before. Still over 2 lbs. from my goal weight. I was thinking of changing my goal weight this week, we'll see. My eating over the weekend was horrid, add in the school holiday today and it extended it another day - ack!

        We'll see what this week brings...

          I'm down 1.2 pounds this week.

          Hooray. Sorry I was MIA last week - just busy, busy, busy!

          I think I mentioned I signed up for two 5Ks and a...gulp...10K in the fall. So I'm "in training" for that.

          I got the first wiffs of spring in the air this week - for some reason this really helps to keep me on track. Winter is such a HARD time to diet when you are cold, it's dark outside in the morning and the evening, and things like hearty beef stew with warm fresh bread seem like the right food...

          It is sunny and in the 50s today! Wahoo!
