Is pilates safe for trying to conceive? I tried it and was aghast at the soreness of my abs. On the chance I do get pregnant, I wonder if pilates is safe to continue?

In case you visit special lessons of yoga or pilates when you're pregnant, it's very good for your health and future process of birth.
