Complete previa, 28wk5d, put on modified bedrest

Can you please give me you opinion of what Modified Bed Rest means? I'm not sure if I can sit up in a chair, or do I have to lay down as much as possible. Also can I sit up on the couch, or do I need to lay down? I have a complete complete previa, no questions with no signs that it will move. Thanks

Means different thinks to different folks- most take it to mean to minimize "unnecessary" activities, whatever that means
