Former Michigan GOP Rep. Joe Schwarz, who has been publicly mulling a third-party run for governor, says he’s now leaning “75-25” in favor of entering the race, telling POLITICO that Michigan needs someone who can bring people together, “like we did in the old days – take them out for a few beers and a few coney dogs and tell them, ‘This is what we have to do and by golly we’re going to do it.’”
