Nebraska GOP Rep. Lee Terry and Democratic state Sen. Tom White faced off at a candidate forum this week. White delivered an anti-Washington message, declaring: "If we're going to fix it, we need to change the people we send to Washington." And Terry said he'd stand up against a "power grab" by the Obama administration. (Flashback: In 2008, Terry pitched his reelection campaign to "Obama-Terry voters," in the one Nebraska district that voted for the president that year.)
