Former President Bill Clinton issued his latest endorsement of the 2010 cycle Tuesday, backing Maine State Senate President Libby Mitchell's bid for the Democratic nomination for governor. "As President, I appointed her as the first woman chair of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston, where she served with distinction for most of my administration and some of the next," Clinton said of Mitchell in a fundraising email.
