Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland plans to join President Obama at an appearance in Ohio on Monday, when the president stops by the battleground state to talk about health care reform, CNN reports. The Democratic governor is also due to receive fundraising support from Vice President Biden, who'll speak at an event for the governor's campaign Monday night.
