Arkansas Republican Rep. John Boozman's campaign manager, Sarah Huckabee, stood in for the congressman at their party's first Senate primary debate last night. As other candidates targeted Boozman for skipping the event, Huckabee insisted: "The reason he's not here tonight is because he's in D.C. fighting against (the Senate health care bill)."
