Russell plans write-in vote

Republican veteran Bill Russell told pa2010.com that he's forging ahead with a campaign for the late Rep. John Murtha's seat, despite having been passed over by the local GOP's nominating process. "I still think I am the best candidate to take over in the 12th," Russell said. "So I'm going to vote for myself as a write-in."
