Third-party lawsuits in Nevada

It's lawsuit time for Nevada's third-party Senate candidates -- Independent American Party candidate Tim Fasano is suing Tea Party candidate Scott Ashjian, alleging that Ashjian is a fraud who made a false statement when he filed to run. Fasano's suit says Ashjian claimed to be a member of the Tea Party of Nevada when he entered the race on March 1, but suggests Ashjian didn't actually change his affiliation to the Tea Party until March 2.
