Poll: Fiorina edges ahead

Carly Fiorina and Tom Campbell are effectively tied in the California GOP Senate primary, according to a poll released by the Public Policy Institute of California. Fiorina leads Campbell by one point, 24 percent to 23 percent -- an improvement over the former HP executive's showing in a recent Field poll that had her behind by six.
