Brooklyn attorney Stephen Harrison says he may run again for the Democratic nomination in the 13th Congressional District, against health care "no" vote Michael McMahon. Harrison, who lost a 2008 primary to McMahon, told the Staten Island Advance: "I'm really upset as a Democrat with that vote ... You cannot sell out the people of your district for the next election."
