House Armed Services Committee Chairman and Missouri Democrat Ike Skelton lined up endorsements from several top St. Louis executives, including Worldwide Technology Chairman David Steward, Centene President and CEO Michael Neidorff and Boeing St. Louis Regional Executive George Roman. In a letter to state business owners, Steward warned: "The loss of Congressman Skelton as an advocate of Missouri and chairman of the Armed Services Committee would be detrimental to our state's economy."
