Republican banker John Chachas is up with a pair of ads introducing himself to the Nevada electorate. The Senate candidate is spending $150,000 and $200,000 on a first wave of spots, which the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports are "running on the major networks but also ... targeted heavily toward cable TV in rural Nevada such as CNN and the conservative Fox News."
