Developer Carl Paladino plans to launch his Republican campaign for governor in Buffalo Monday. Paladino has said he'll spend $10 million out of his own pocket on a campaign and boasts he has the support of local tea party leaders; he'll compete against Suffolk County Executive Steve Levy and former Rep. Rick Lazio for the GOP nomination. After his Buffalo announcement, Paladino will also make stops in Albany, Syracuse and New York City.
