It's unclear whether New York Rep. Michael Arcuri will face a primary or third-party challenger over his "no" vote on health care, but it may not take an active attack from the left to make the Democratic congressman suffer for his vote. Arcuri reported raising just $207,000 last quarter -- a poor sum compared to the half-million-dollar-plus that vulnerable Democrats more plugged into the party's base raised in the first three months of the year. Republican Richard Hanna outraised Arcuri by some $150,000, and also has the capacity to self-fund.
