Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney plans to endorse former Florida House Speaker Marco Rubio's Senate campaign Saturday, a senior Rubio adviser confirmed Friday. The two will campaign together in Tampa on Monday. Romney is the third former 2008 presidential candidate to endorse Rubio over Gov. Charlie Crist, following Rudy Giuliani and Mike Huckabee.
