There's a veritable parade of GOP stars trekking out to California this week to raise money for former eBay CEO Meg Whitman's gubernatorial campaign, the Los Angeles Times reports. Whitman, who's poured tens of millions from her personal fortune into the race, is getting a lift from Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, John McCain and Condoleezza Rice at a series of fundraisers this week. Romney alone is scheduled to attend four events.
