  • So how late will you stay up tonight??

Since we're on the east coast, it could be a long night. But I would really like to stay up for awhile to see how things are going....I think it's going to be a tight race and I'd really like to see how it unfolds.
On CNN you can enter which races (by states) you want to watch and keep a track that way, I thought that looked interesting.

If it's not called by 11pm ET, I'll find out tommorow!

    I need my beauty sleep!

I'm just hoping this one doesn't go to the supreme court.

I usually go to bed around midnite or later but like I previously stated, I won't watch any of the results. I'm just going to wait and see who won in the morning when I wake up.

Ditto. Let's just hope we're not up for days.

OMG, you must have nerves of steel.

I am way too neurotic for that.

                I'm in PA (m)

and I just watched on the 6 o'clock news that there are places here (near Pittsburgh) that have 1 1/2- 2 hour waits right now. They were saying that if it stays that way, we may not be looking at the last vote coming in until 10:00 PM. They will let people get in line until the polls close at 8:00 PM, therefore if there is a 2 hour wait, the last person would be voting at 10:00 PM.

Probably 10:30 or so. I have a big day personally tomorrow, so I need to be alert.

That said, the 10:30 will probably migrate toward 11 with DH bugging me to go to bed!

                        until the fat lady sings!

I will be up all night if needed. I made the mistake of going to bed after the race was called in 2000. I'll never do that again! At least way out here and Alaska if the race isn't too tight I shouldn't have to stay up all night. But I'm prepared to take the day off tomorrow and may do so anyway!

                          as long as it takes.

but really - I don't know if I can take it! I feel so anxious right now - I've never felt like this before about an election. @@@@ I brought my DD to the polling place and made the policeman take a pic of us next to the signs. I've never taken pics on voting day before either!

I'll probably go to bed at my regular time and find out tomorrow morning.

I'm in FL on CST and I will stay up until it is called. But I'm usually up working until 2 anyway so it won't bother me.
