Should this be legal? Apparently in CA it isn't. Next they'll be demanding the locker rooms allow equal access. Separate but equal never is, after all.

Well that's interesting becasue I live in CA, and around the corner from a VERY popular upper end all women's fitness center and health club. It is called Total Woman, and they have been in business for years. Are they operating under illegal pretenses?

From looking at their website, they may have women written all over it, but there's no indication they would not allow a man to join. Plus, the spa says open to the public, so that may be sufficient for the property.Originally posted by BlessedMommy View PostComment
