egg retrieval Wednesday

RE transferred 2 grade 4 and 1 grade 3 embies. (they use a 1=bad, 5=perfect rating), so I'm pretty happy with what we got. I'm feeling a little tired from the valium. I'm a little perturbed that my dh just left me here with my daughter and her friend. I'm not even sure where he went. So far the girls are good, but you never know when they are going to need something. I just really want this to work and kind of want to rest.

nothing new to report. I'm done with all meds except the progesterone shots in the evening. I don't really feel anything except a little crampy (I've had a lot going on down there!) and my boobs are sore. sorry if tmi! I'm pretty sure the soreness is from the progesterone. I'm just trying to lay low today. It is suprisingly difficult. I thought I would enjoy it, but I can think of a million things that need to get done. urgh!

As for me, I got my positive OPK yesterday, so I'll start Lupron early next week.

You are almost there! It seems like just yesterday that I got my positive opk, and now look where I am!
Today is 2dp3dt, right? I think so. The days are starting to blend together. Nothing new to report-still crampy, boobs not as sore, constipation (tmi, tmi, tmi-sorry). I just want it to be 11/26 already.

Yes, you're 2dp3dt -- yay! I have no idea how you should feel during this time since I've never been pregnant and this is my first IVF cycle. Hold tight, and you just might have something more to be thankful for on Thanksgiving!

I just heard from my nurse and they want me to start Lupron this coming Sunday. I'm excited to begin, but a wee-bit nervous....know what I mean?

Any one have a cold a day before egg retrieval and they still go forward with it? What do they do? they plan on a mild anesthesia for me.. so, don't know how this will go with a cold.. please advise if you've had a similar situ. thanks.
