RE Concentrating on Women 40 and over . . . (pg & mc ment.)

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone on this board can recommend an RE in the NYC area that specifically works with women 40 and over? Is there even such a thing? I'm about to brave one LAST, fresh IVF cycle and thought I'd ask this board for any suggestions. Currently, I'm with RMANY and was curious if there might be a better clinic for my age group.

Brief history:
I've been on these boards on and off since 1999
40 y/o with one damaged tube, due to ruptured appendix
9 Fresh IVFs, 3 FETs, 1 success (IVF #8), 3 mc's

FAF is so slow. I think most of the ladies who used to post over their thought especially highly of the Cornell program in NYC, which is directed by Zev Rosenwaks. A number were NYU fans, and a lot were enthusiastic about St. Barnabas in New Jersey, though I think there has been some turnover in the doctors there.
