Anyone doing IVF because of endometrioma?

I would love to hear from anyone doing IVF because of endometrioma or severe endometrosis. I have had 3 miscarriages and have now been diagnosed with Hashimoto's and stage IV endometriosis (because of the endometrioma).
My doctor now suggests IVF because of the endometrioma but I am scared that leaving the endometrioma will cause another pregnancy loss.

Anyone in the same boat? Love to hear from you.
