Back from Transfer

So we transfered two, six day old, grade 2ab yesterday and everything went well. Now just nervously waiting!!! Gosh I hate the two week wait.

I just re-read this post -- do you really have to wait two weeks after transferring six day old embryos? I would have thought that you could find out faster given that your embryos were so developed already...

That wait seems like an eternity. At least you know you've done everything you can do and it's gotten this far. Finally a break...No more shots or appointments or procedures during those 2 wks!

Annette....you only had to wait eight days for your beta? Did you test before that? What was the result???? Brandi

Hi Brandi,

Yes I only waited 8 days for the beta because I had a 6-day transfer, so 6 day-old embryo plus 8 days is 14 days which is what would normally be a two week wait. I didn't test before the beta. This was the cycle that I did last December, it was negative. I am currently on meds for round #2.
