My update...

I just got my period at 11dp3dt.

Those HPTs are evil. I did one at day 5 and 6 after transfer (way too early, I know...) and they were negative. I had a very faint positive at 8dp, and then a darker line at 9dp. I did another HPT yesterday and the line had faded a bit so I started getting very worried. And today I got my period.

I'm just so crushed and upset. I never should have done those stupid tests and I wouldn't have known about the positive. Of course seeing the positive made my hopes go way up. I guess I just experienced a "chemical" pregnancy.

This sucks. I'm a mess. :-( I'll still go in on Wednesday for my beta but I have no hope. This bleeding is bright red and I am positive that it is my period.

Big hugs Levana....do you have any cramping though? Maybe it's just implantation bleeding? Did you take another HPT this morning? If your urine was more diluted the last time than the previous times I could see why the line would be more faint. I wish they could give you the blood test already to see what's going on.

No Annette, there is no chance this is anything but my period. :-( Implantation bleeding would have happened earlier and presumably would have been less and not this colour. Plus, I feel just like I always do when I have my period -- cramps and lower back ache.

It really sucks.

What a bad day! I'm so sorry, Levana. Stupid period. I would call the doctor and ask if they still want to see you on Wed...maybe you won't have to go through that.

Take care of yourself and go get some rest. I was so hoping that this would work for you.

But my heart hurts too. :-(

This was a really emotional ride and ended so sadly. I want to jump in and do an FET right away (my parents are coming to visit in the middle of January) and I want to be well finished with the cycle by then. But who knows, the doctor may want me to take a rest and it may take practically until then just to get in to see the doctor!

Do you think they will have you do the blood test anyway? That would be great if they could get you started on an FET right away.
