We were able to transfer 2 beautiful embryos yesterday and still have 2 waiting in the freezer. Everything went great. I'm now on Lovenox (sp?) and it is painful, but if it helps...I think somewhere between that in my tummy and progesterone shots in my back I'd feel better. But no.....ouch.

So here we wait.

Our PT is tomorrow morning... then the torture of waiting for the phone call starts...

Thank You and I know, I was hoping to be able to provide a little inspiration this month. It all seems to be a roll of the dice, even for people who don't need fertility treatment. Isn't it maddening that we have to go through all this physical and mental torture just to get the same odds that people without fertility issues have?

We'll have another meeting with our RE and see what she recommends. This was our last treatment with Attain so on the bright side we should be getting a refund from them. I imagine we'll use that refund to fund another cycle, as long as our RE thinks it is a good idea. When she called us yesterday, I couldn't even recognize her voice. We've received bad news calls from her before, this time she seemed really upset.

You guys will do it though! This board is about due for a success story! Just relax and keep yourself occupied.

You have no idea how true your first line is. I told my dh the other day that people actually associate having a baby with having sex and he just started laughing at me. Totally unrelated for us.

I'm glad you'll be getting a refund for the meds, but really wish you didn't qualify. And quite frankly, I'm glad that your RE is taking this personally. They should.

Do something for yourselves this week to take care of you! And when you do have the strength and energy to make the phone call for the follow-up, let us know how that goes, too.
