New to this site?

I am new to this site and was directed here by my Doc to possibly qualify for a scholarship to help with tubal reversal expenses? I am not sure this is what this site is for? Could someone help me out? I see a lot on this site about IVF and Adoption?

Maybe this is to much information but IVF is out of the question due to cost and adoption is not out but equally expensive. As I see it reversal is the only option I have.
