  • Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Corn Free

I need a new recipe for Chicken Nuggets that are wheat free, dairy free, corn free and soy free. Any suggestions on how to make some chicken nugget type dishes? Also, I am wondering (again) what your favorite Wheat free, dairy free web sites are, for products and recipes.

I'm looking for product recommendations that are wheat, soy, corn and dairy free.

Is there any wheat free pasta that tastes good? (Spelt is OK for the girls I think but not for me)
Favorite cereal - Is it even possible? Only rice maybe?
    Crackers

    Thanks!!

    I don't cook...m

My dh does most of the cooking. He uses rice flour instead of regular flour when making a crust on chicken.

I found another great cookie, it is made by Enjoy Lfe and it is called snickerdoodles. I tried the same companies' granola and it sucked, oh it was so bad. So it is hit or miss on everything. Also Trader Joe's now has gluten free pancakes in the freezer section, they are good.

      Tinkyada brown rice pasta

is very good. Our whole family is on this pasta now instead of wheat pasta. it's really good. Ian's natural foods makes chicken nuggets that are free of everything except corn so that's a bummer. I'll give it more thought - you can always email me if you are looking for special products - I know of a lot. Good luck.

Thanks! I found Ian's yesterday and bought some. My dd who I'm really wanting the nuggets for can eat corn. I'm still going to try to make my own though so both girls can eat them. I'll check out the pasta you mention too...

www.allergygrocer.com we order from them alot

as for recipes, we love most of carol fensters allergy free cook books. we like crunchy nuggets here...so heres my mock version

-crunch favorite cereal in a coating (of desired consistency), if using a plain favored one, you can add herbs etc...we always add in fresh ground flax seed regardless
-use gelatin powder in liquid form in lieu of eggs (we have egg allergy here) and then mix with choice of milk sub (this is optional)

            2nd:
-put liquid mix in ziplock bag and toss in meat....then shake to coat...kids love this part and less mess for mom to clean

-then put dry mix in 2nd bag and add the meat from other bag and shake....

            3rd:
-bake on sheet in oven at recd temp and time for meat used.

it comes out similair to the shake and bake brands and my whole family loves them. hope this helps

              mickey - good recipe

Yes, this is a good way to make your own chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, in our family everyone except our allergic child likes this recipe. I hope someday he will come around.
