Went to an Autism Awareness event lcoally and there was a booth set up for someone teachign social skills. Which is just what my older ds Grant needs. Not only is there a class(es) in our area, but within 7 miles of our home.

Just had to tell someone. Of course each class is $50 dollars, but worth it IMHO.

when things work out just right? I've always felt that the right person, the right teacher, the right therapist has always come into our lives exactly when we needed them. Sounds like this is the case with your social skills group. It's going to be great!

So cool! My old neighbor teaches social skills classes - I can't wait till Ellie is old enough to use them.
