Does anyone ever go to a Pottery Barn Outlet store?

I want to replace our seat cushions and slipcover on our sofa. I've never been to one of their outlets and I don't live near one either, but was thinking about calling to ask for specific items. Do you think they'd sell the seat cushions or slipcovers there? Do you think they'd answer their phone? I called one phone # and got a message to leave a message. Thanks.

I've been to ours a few times and my experience

is that it's really hit or miss and can just depend on what they have. Ours generally has "current" stuff that's damaged (some a little some a lot) or stuff that is last season (or so). I know friends who have gotten stuff there - a friend bought two barstools and wanted four and she just kept checking back until she got all four but it took her some time. I'm not that dedicated a shopper! I would call and see if they can tell you if they have what you're looking for. Maybe they weren't open yet when you called? Hopefully you can get through to them. I go to the one in Dawonsville Ga and they are very nice about saying if I am looking for a particular item to call them. They don't usually know what is coming in on the trucks,especially it seems for bigger merchandise like couches and chairs. The one near me, I don't remember seeing seat cushions as much as couch pillows and covers.

Maybe they were closed. I might have messed that up with the time zone difference. Thanks, I think I will call again.
