can you call the store you bought them from and explain you're out of the country .........or call like the 1-800 sketchers store and see if they can help you? -

I'd send an email to customer service with a photo of the shoes.. sounds like a manufacturing defect - they should last more than a month. Here's the info from their website. Maybe also include a photo of your dated receipt if you still have it.

I don't think Skechers are as good quality as they are purported to be. I bought my daughter a pair of the mary jane kind and they started coming apart after 1 month of wear. So I returned them to the company, and they sent me a different style, but it took them six weeks! And so we were out a pair of shoes during that time. It has turned me off buying Skechers.
