Grr I think my Blackberry phone is broken!

When I use it as a phone without an ear piece, the sound cuts in and out so much that it is impossible to use. When I plug in a wired ear piece, it works fine. Haven't tried it with a blue tooth yet. Has anyone ever had this happen? Is it fixable?

Didn't you just get it? They do have a warranty on them. Take it back and let them know whats going on and get a new one. That shouldn't be happening.

You should claim a warranty if you face such an issue. I bought a blackberry and faced a charging issue in it. I claim the warranty and got a new box pack phone. You should go for it if you still have warranty of it. I will also recommend you to get the best phone tracker app without permission, so if you ever loose it, you can find it easily.
