  • few more pictures of our renovation

Here is the before picture of my kitchen. It was a great kitchen but the cabinets were starting to fall apart. It had a good layout and we are keeping it basically the way it was organized.

I am attaching a link to pictures from throughout the renovation.

Here is what we did in phase one. this is completed in that its usable but there are still a lot of things to be finished.
    1) removed carport and screened in porch
    2) built sunroom same size as porch but made an interior room
    3) built garage
    4) above garage we moved a wall and extended the house upstairs to cover the garage. In this space we put a bathroom, laundry room, and bedroom. We also put a nice skylight at the end of a very long hallway.
    5) create stamped concrete patio in back.
    6) replace stairs and support wall to basement

    Phase 2
    1) move wall 3 ft into dining room from kitchen. this allowed a walkway from kitchen into dining room which previous owner had removed.
    2) gut entire kitchen
    3) replace kitchen, sunroom, powder room and hallway floor all with the same tile.
    4) finish kitchen
    5) renovate powder room

We signed the contract way back in October. I need this to be finished but its been worth it so far.

I love it! Your layout is almost exactly ours...our refrigerator is where your door is, and I want to move it to the wall where yours is now, so this is really cool to see! Our cabinets were cheap to begin with (builder grade I think) so they are starting to show wear, but not enough yet to justify the reno costs. If you were comfortable sharing how much it is, would you email me? It will be a few years before we can do it, but I'd love to have an idea how much. We wouldn't need to replace appliances...

It is all thanks to the brick guy. He drove from VA/DC area to somehwere in PA to get bricks that match our house.

Wao it's nice, I really like your kitchen cabinet design. Can you share the contact details of your contractor? Actually I want to start my kitchen cabinet work. I searched a lot on social media platforms, but I found only one Sydney Joinery company.that is deals with this kind of work.Could you tell me more experience throughout the work?
