Cookies made from almond meal?

A while ago I saw an interesting recipe for cookies made from almond meal (and chocolate chips, I believe) that looked interesting. So, when I was at Trader Joes, I picked up a bag of "Just Almond Meal". Of course, now I can't find the darn recipe!

So, does anybody have a yummy recipe that calls for almond meal? I need to use this bag of almond meal!

I'm on my way out the door, but there is a recipe from Cook Yourself Thin that you can probably find online. It is for Lemon Poppyseed Zucchini Muffins made with almond meal. They are delicious! If you can't find it and are interested, let me know. I can get it for you tomorrow.

Google it... it's probably a gluten free recipe. I've seen lots of those lately! I'd love to know how they turn out for a friend of mine who's been diagnosed with celiacs.

Go to Elanaspantry.com and look at her choc chip cookie recipes. My regular one is the primal choc chip cookies and I use butter and honey for sweetener. They are unbelievable and have no refined sugar...

I might have to do this too as I have a bag of almond meal in my pantry too that I have no idea what I intended to do with it!!
