I love the idea of having non alcoholic punch! Anyone have a wonderful recipe to share?

    Here's a favorite

I used to make this for our office's annual open house. Every year we'd run out, and I'd make double the amount the next year, only to run out again. It's really yummy.

    Fruit Sparkle Punch
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 1/2 cups water
    3 cinnamon sticks
    12 whole cloves
1 6-oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed*
1 6-oz can frozen pineapple juice concentrate , thawed*
    2 cups water
1/2 cup lemon juice (can use fresh or bottled)
    1 liter ginger ale, chilled

*You can substitute 12 ounces of orange pineapple juice concentrate

Combine sugar, water, cinnamon sticks, and cloves in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool.

Combine thawed concentrates, water, and lemon juice. Strain cooled spice syrup and combine with juices. Mix well. Transfer to a large bottle or covered pitcher and chill several hours or overnight.

To serve, pour juice mixture and ginger ale into punch bowl and stir.

I like to make an ice ring out of orange and/or pineapple juice to float in the punch. If desired, add chunks of pineapple and/or cherries to the ring before freezing.
