    1997 Maxima and 2001 Pathfinder

We hold on to our cars about 15 years before we get a new one! I'm trying to convince dh that his Max needs to go sooner though. He needs 4wd because of where we live.

      1997 Honda Accord 75K miles (m)

and it's been paid for for 2 years. Dh drives a company rig. We are going to be buying him a new GMC crew cab, probably in the spring, and it will KILL me to pay close to $40K for an auto, but he totally deserves it and we will need it to start camping. That's almost half what we paid for our first house - insane!

You can be jealous - but you can't be jealous of ME and my 97 Honda;-)

LOL! aka: *The Grocery Getter* ?

My little sis was stuck with a goldish brown Datsun station wagon for awhile and we called it the Grocery Getter - not too cool for someone in HS!

            1 - 1999 Honda Odyseey
            1 - 1999 Lexus RX300

Don't do new cars no more.. I will let someone else depreciate them and then I will buy them for a reasonable price.

2003 Acura MDX with 85,000 miles. I'd love to say we keep a car forever, but when you put 26,000+ miles on a car every year, it's just not possible. We're a one car family though and no car payments.

Daily I drive the 1994 Bonneville with 160,000 miles on it.

I'm a whimp! I can't seem to get rid of it. 1) I dont' want another car payment and 2) I know everything about this car. I know if something doesn't sound right as I've had it for so many years. I just don't have the heart to rid myself of it yet.

that long. I am the one that started this thread - and that's what I drive, a 1998 Bonneville, but it only has 83,000 miles on it. If it lasts until 160,000 miles, I'll have it another 8-9 years. OMG! LOL!

2000 just had to replace dead battery yesterday.

and I don't consider that old. My prior two cars I kept 13 years each, so I still have lots of life left in this one. Besides it's paid off.
