Help! I need the hashbrown casserole recipe that I got from PNO.....

a couple of years ago. I make it every year at Christmas and now I can't find it!

It has frozen hash browns, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup (I think!) and I can't remember what else.

Does anyone have the recipe?

Here it is...

Hash Brown Casserole


30-32 oz bag frozen shredded hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup (I use cream of mushroom; it works, too!)
1 pint sour cream
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups cornflakes, crushed
1 stick butter


Spread potatoes in large shallow casserole.
Mix next 6 ingredients & spread over potatoes.
Mix butter with cornflakes, and spread over the top.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
