    May 17... had a great workout today.. 30 min on the treadmill and then 30 min with my trainer... biking tomorrow...I'm treating this like I did the c25K.. I have an exercise plan I've been following for 18 months.. now I'm focusing on the food.. the greatest challenge of my life.. and so frustrating!

      Well, I'm a slow learner and it's taken me a few times to figure out my one key to weight loss and maintenance is journaling. My reality and what I really consume are very different. I know for a fact that if the only thing I do is journal i'll be succesful.

          MyPlate gives me a calorie allotment based upon my current weight and losing a pound a week. My consumed calories have been less than that amount by a little bit, but it isn't going in the direction I'd like.

            What? Already? LOL! I have found it hard and time consuming to add the foods. But I am trying to give it 1 month!

                LOL! I gave it one day.

                But I didn't want to feel like I hadn't given it a fair chance, so to compensate I have not been using myplate either.
