How is everyone doing? Here the weather is better (more sun and warmer, days getting longer) and I am still zipping along thanks to my rhodiola rosea extract. Wednesday will be two weeks on half the recommended dosage and it makes me feel like my normal self. I am so glad I found it! I am definitely sticking with it until April and will take it again next October. Hopefully next winter I won't have the Jekyll/Hyde thing going on.
Fridays weigh-in had me down about 1-1/2 lbs from the week before. Have been steady as always with the workouts, squeezing in any opportunity for long walks or bike rides on the in between days.
