    How did you do this year overall? Did you meet you goals? What are your goals going forward.

    I am down 10 lbs for the year, which was exactly my goal. I chose a reasonable goal. My other goal was to tone up which I also did.

    I had a hard time choosing between 5 and 10 lbs for 2012. I've finally decided upon 5 lbs. I think it will be challenging, but attainable. That last 5 lbs seems like it might be hard to do. DH thinks dropping another 10 lbs is too much. I also want to tone up. My other goal is to try an exercise with more intensity, but for less time. I've also got to work on taming my sweet tooth.

    First, let me say Happy New Year!!!!

    I am down 70 pounds for the year. Yeah, I'm happy about that. I went from being a total couch potato to exercising, on average, 5 days/week - give or take, depending on life's circumstances. I'm happy with that, too.

    I'd like to get down another 25-30 pounds this year... Totally do-able. I hope to be there by summertime. I'm very committed to the cause.

    I have a few other non-D&F goals this year as well. A top one being looking for a new job. I've been with my company for almost 24 years and I still love the people I work with, but I'm ready for something new and different and challenging. I know the job market is a bummer but I'm going to give it the old college try anyway. :o)

    Every year I say I'm going to better organize the house/papers/closets/etc. I did make headway this year and am really going to try to keep that going.

    There are lots of milestones coming up in 2012 - my oldest DS, my wonderful, beautiful, sweet baby boy is going to graduate from HS this year! I cannot believe he has grown up on me like that! sniff sniff At least I'll look good and skinny for the photos - even if I am bawling like a baby! LOL!

      Happy New Year!!

      Let's see... I am down 48.2 lbs. for the year, I didn't have a set goal in mind, when I started WWs I was thinking I could be down 50 lbs. in 6 months, but after starting and seeing my progress I could see that wasn't going to happen, but any loss was good - I'm thrilled to be down the weight I am.

      For 2012 my goal is get to my goal weight w/ WWs, which is 145, I am about 6 lbs. from that goal, I hope to get there and on maintenance by the end of February. From there it will be to maintain that weight for good and then to tone up my flabby arms and belly.

      Let's do it!

        Reading through all of your New Year's posts reminds me why you 3 have been so inspiring to me - thanks for that gift in 2011! After getting serious in mid-August, I have lost 21 pounds so far. I have quite a few more to get to my pre baby/baby/baby weight from mid 2003. I don't have an exact date, but would like to be swimsuit satisfactory by summer and at goal sometime in the fall.

        I hope you guys keep posting once you're at goal!
